7 Weeks and Counting

Working on Sundays has really thrown me into a crazy whim. I know its only for nine weeks, but not having two days off in a row is hard. I guess the first day that I get off I usually am running around getting things taken care of and on my second day off I TRY and relax. It has been go go go around here lately and last night I felt the affects of it all. So this Wednesday I am setting out to the beach with a friend and I plan on being LAZY!

BREAKFAST

For some reason I was REALLY craving a bowl of oatmeal!

MONDAY MOTIVATION: LIFE HABITS

This morning I thought about what truly motivates me to do all that I do. Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to just come home eat dinner and just sit and watch TV all night? I know that is not the kind of person that I am, but how the heck do I get motivated to get up at 5am go for a run, go to work, make a healthy dinner, and then later on do a P90X video???

You know what it is? It’s how I feel when I do eat healthy and workout. Yesterday I took a day off from working out and I could completely tell the difference. I was dragging all day! When I workout out and eat right I FEEL amazing!!! I am complete addicted to endorphins, but in a good way. I like feeling rested as well so I have to make sure that I don’t over do it, injury is not an option!

Ok so in all this rambling what I am trying to say is, it will get easier. So many people ask me how I stay motivated and the answer is really simple. I have gotten into a “life habit” and now it comes to me naturally. STICK to it and keep it up!! If you mess up don’t beat yourself up, just start over the next day!!!

Question: What is a “life habit” your are working on right now????
