Fancy Fall Feast

Last night Hubby and I SLAVED worked in the kitchen to create a Fall Love Feast for our family. I hadn’t seen my parents in a while and I knew it was about time to have them over for a night of dinner and games 🙂

I found some wonderful recipes in my Cooking Light Magazine that I just knew would be perfect for the evening.

On the menu: Roasted Breast of Chicken with Pinot Noir Sauce, Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes, and Buttered Green Beans and Mushrooms. This was not NO 20 minute meal, but well worth every minute!!

Such a fun and enjoyable evening, I just love having my fam over. I am about to make a GM and head off to work! Have a beautiful Sunday.

Question: When was the last time you made a “Fancy” dinner for someone?
