Saturday night we got all dolled up for the Foodbuzz Gala.

I had no idea what to expect, but from the menu I knew that we would be dining in style :)

I was torn on what to wear, a dress, boots, heels, sweater, or slacks?  I decided to go with a silky blouse(Target) and some pin striped pants.  This outfit was an easy medium between cocktail and causal attire. I also wore my chunky boots 🙂

When we arrived at the Ferry Building there was a large crowd outside loudly chatting away. I kept losing my voice all weekend!

While we chatted we enjoyed a cocktail hour with wine from Bonny Doon Vineyard.

  1. Eight years after Argentina had won the World Cup in 1978, they were in the last again. With
a team nevertheless, clearly not as crammed with quality as
their ’78 counterparts. There was no Mario Kempes, no
Ossy Ardiles, no Daniel Passarella. But there was Diego Armando Maradona.
Certainly it is onerous to fathom how Argentina would even have
reached the ultimate without Maradona to information them
    past opponents like England.
