Feeling a little yucky after the Holiday weekend? Try this 20 minute POST Thanksgiving workout that will be sure to get you feeling like yourself again!
Workout: 50, 40, 30, 20 and 10
Today’s 20 minute workout consists of two rounds . Start off with 50 squats, then move on to 40 sit-ups, continue with 30 push-ups and 20 tricep dips and finish the workout with 10 burpees. Then repeat!! Try to finish the workout as quickly as possible!!
- 50 squats
- 40 sit-ups
- 30 push-ups
- 20 tricep dips
- 10 burpees
