What you will need: free weights
Time: 20 Minutes
Do this circuit three times through:
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Squats with weights
25 Squat Jumps
20 alternating lunges with a bicep curl
40 Mountain Climbers
50 Bicycle Crunches
