20 Minute Tuesday: Insanity Teaser

So yesterday I did the Fit Test for Insanity and Shawn T kicked my BOOTIE! I was up there on the number of how many reps I did compared to his folks on the video, but non the less it was killer.

***I just want to clarify that I am not starting Insanity until next week and I am going to finish the Live Fit Trainer, but will be incorporating Insanity for my cardio. I just did the fit-test to get ready.

I thought it would be fun for all of you to get a taste of some Insanity!! I know a lot of you are interested in it and some have already completed several times!

Here is just some of the moves that we did during the fit-test that I want you to try out, it will give you a true test of how INTENSE Inanity really is.

Workout:

Warm up for 5 minutes first, then do each of these as fast and as hard as you can for 1 minute with a 1 minute break in between. Count how many you complete and let me know how you do?

1. Switch Kicks

2. Power Jacks

3. Power Knees

4. Burpees

5. Mt.Climbers

6. Pushup-Jacks

7. Squat Jumps

8. Lower Plank Obiques

COOL DOWN AND STRETCH!!!
