How is your week going so far? Was it hard for some of you to get back to work after a fun-filled weekend? I worked Monday so it was just another day around here I did have an amazing weekend though! I was off Saturday and Sunday and enjoyed a relaxing weekend catching up on lots of chores and a trip to COSTCO!!! Oh we survived
Oh and look the wall in our home gym is nearly complete and Hubby even painted it this weekend!
We still need some crown molding for the door frame and I am really wanted to find some motivating posters, any ideas? Promise to post a REAL pic of the gym soon, it’s still a mess.
This week has been CRAZY busy at work (in a good way) so I haven’t had my consistent meal routine. I did manage to get back to CLEAN EATING after treats all weekend. Mostly VINO and ice-cream cake!!
The winning meal of the weekend was a Pinterest meal I had pinned, called “Man Pleasing Chicken“. All women MUST make!!!!
FITMIXER BOOTCAMP UPDATE:
Time for a little Fitmixer Bootcamp update!! Week one went well. The workouts are great, not too long and really easy to add in into my cardio workouts. I like all the TABATA workouts and CORE moves! I am also really enjoying the Fitmixer protein shakes, for my busy life they are just what I need to add in good protein!! More updates to come next week!
Time for this weeks 20 minute Tuesday workout:
Workout: AS MANY AS YOU CAN!! Do the below circuit as fast as you can without any long breaks 3 times through!! Unless your going to throw up then please STOP and get water. Do each move for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between.
What you will need: Timer.
Warm up for 5 minutes prior. A run, some high knees, and or jump rope.
1. Squat Jacks
3. Mt Climbers
5. Frog Jumps
6. Tricep Dips
