I am getting my workout on up here on the mountain and I am pretty sure I haven’t sat down for more then 10 minutes at a time.

Workout: Do this set as fast as you can 5 times through!!! YOU CAN DO IT!
1. 25 jump squats
2. 50 sit-ups
3. 50 Jumping Jacks
4. 25 pushups
5. 20 Tricep Dips
