We are leaving early this year for Tennessee so we put up the tree a little early so we can enjoy it for a few more days.

Mornings with the tree are the best!

Lots of eating went on this week too! But mostly soups and salads nothing to show fun pictures of. With the Holidays here and everyone being so busy I need a fun challenge for myself to make sure I don’t over indulge! So I made up some goals to keep me on track:

BOBBI’S Holiday GOALS:

1. Sweat it out 6 days a week, 3 runs, 1 days of kickboxing and 2 days of strength training.

2. Enjoy some holiday goodies, but in moderation. Enjoy two days of a sweet or some wine a week.

3. Burn a little extra calories because of all the goodies (400-500 calories a day).

4. Do YOGA! Sometimes the Holidays get stressful, be still.

5. Remember what the season is all about! Don’t get lost in the things of the WORLD.

Question: What holiday goals have you set for yourself??
