Virtual {coffee date}

Hi Friends!

I hope you enjoyed our coffee date last week. I look forward to writing these posts! Wherever you are, pull up a chair with a nice warm hot drink and let’s chat.

If we were having coffee this morning, I’d tell you that we just got 4 feet of snow up where I work and it just keeps coming! I love playing in the snow, but when you are running around trying to help guests it can be annoying. I make the best of it and drink lots of hot drinks and find the closest fire-place in site.

If we were having coffee this morning, I’d tell you that I am planning my gym buddy/good friend Amy’s 40th surprise birthday girls get-away weekend and I CAN’T wait! It’s just three of us girls going away and we are planning the trip of a lifetime! I love surprising people, by spoiling them with their favorite things!

If we were having coffee this morning, I’d tell you that I have some BIG news. that I am dying to sharing with you!!! I KNOW, the suspense is killing me too! But I promise it will come soon.

If we were having coffee this morning, I’d tell you that I am planning another SUMMER SHRED!! It’s going to be amazing! 30 days of awesome workouts, including a running plan for those who run, video’s, meal plan, grocery list, and support!! I LOVE the SHRED’S and I have loved watching everyone get amazing results and live out their healthy journey’s together.

If we were having coffee this morning, I’d tell you that I am obsessed with tofu stir fry and sushi right now. I honestly can’t get enough. Tofu stir fry is so easy to make!! I just throw in a bag of frozen mixed veggies, a block of chopped tofu, a little soy sauce, some lemon pepper and top with cashews and it’s heavenly!
