I have a big project at work I have to get done so I am working on it and I need to be focused. The best part about working from home is being able to make a great lunch!!
For some reason I was craving a ham and cheese sandwich today. I rarely eat pork, but I bought Hubby some Deli Honey Ham and it was calling my name from the fridge.
I rarely crave anything so when I do, I give in!
I had some Corazonas Italian 4 Cheese Chips on the side. Now I really want to try the other flavors!! If you like cheesy chips you will love these. They are gluten free, natural, and heart healthy!
Plus some kiwi

I love pressed paninis with roasted veggies and goat cheese
I love grilled cheese too! With tomatoes on it!
One of my favs is grilled toast with a slice of melty mozzarella, topped with tunafish, spinach, tomato and squirt of balsalmic vinegar. It’s delish!
I think my ultimate favorite sandwich is turkey with cranberry sauce, using the leftovers from Thanksgiving of course!
i love roast beef with tomato. yum. maybe i’ll have that for dinner tonight as you totally just got me hungry for a sandwich haha
Love Corazonas. My friend used to do marketing for them so she would ship us tons of them. I liked the Salsa flavor and the Black Bean something-or-other. I bet you would like those. My favorite sandwich is Caprese – fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Okay – I might have to make one of those this weekend!
I definitely think BLTs are my favorite sandwich!
