I am so messed up on what day it is! When I woke up I thought it was Wednesday, not sure why? The week isn’t running as fast as my brain is. I guess these means that I need to slooow it down. By the way thanks for all your kind words about my BEFORE pictures, I am really just hoping to tone up in all areas and feel GREAT!
Morning Workout
I managed to crawl out of bed at 5:45am and hit the “gym†AKA my living room. I love that I can get a hard core workout inside my own home and all before work!
On the plan today was Core Synergistics. I am starting to get used to the instructors voice, he isn’t as annoying anymore 😉 I really liked this workout it was all about focusing on your CORE muscles mixed with weights, pushups, cardio moves, and sprints. I love LOVE love that he MIXES it up. There were a few moves that I have NEVER even heard of. I felt challenged and my heart rate sky rocketed. I need to get a heart rate monitor!
I posted a little update on YouTube for your viewing pleasure. Ignore that I said Core Synergetics. I plan on posting many videos about what I think about each workout 🙂
Breakfast
It’s GM time with a little Hemp Protein Powder.
- 1 c Almond Milk
- 3 cups Spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/4 c frozen blueberries
- a little flax seed
- 1 packet of Living Harvest Hemp Powder
- 1 c ice
