Mega Munch

Happy Hump Day 🙂 I am glad I can finally say that!

This morning’s Power Hour Hot Yoga class was AMAZING. I just love that I can go so early to get in a great stretch and mediation before I start my day 🙂

BREAKFAST

The lovely folks fro Mix My Granola sent me my own batch to try out last week. Have you heard of this company??

I just loved that I got to choose all the ingredients and they sent it right to me 🙂

Bobbi-Marie’s Mega Munch:

• low fat granola
• dried apples
• dried raspberries
• organic banana chips
• goji berries
• dried kiwi slices
• roasted almonds
• chia seeds
• coconut flakes
• and lots of love 🙂

What does granola go good on? A parfait of course, or as I like to call it a breakfast sundae.

This was the best mix yet!

1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, couple sliced strawberries, handful of Mega Munch, 1/4 c Kashi Go Lean Berry Crunch, and a drizzle of Maranatha Peanut Butter. 

This would be a great gift or even just fun to get for yourself. I think I see a give-away in the near future 😉

I made a picture collage for my Mom last year for her Birthday and guess what TODAY IS HER BIRTHDAY!!! Happy Birthday Mom, I LOVE YOU! Hope you have a blast at the beach today.
