I am glad you all enjoyed my one word for the year and I loved reading your goals and plans for 2014. I am making small goals here and there for the year, like continuing to blog about things I am passionate about, food, fitness, family and faith. I am not gonna lie, finding the time to blog these days is not easy..but I LOVE it and I will carve out a little time during the week to do so, because I want to encourage you all with fun new workouts, recipes, funny stories about my hubby and cute little pics here and there of our sweet daughter. Our lives aren’t perfect by no means, but this blog is a place where I get to have a little voice on the world wide web and laugh and cry with you all, because I can.
I am still working on my 2013 recap (it’s gonna be a long one) so for now I thought I would kick off the NEW YEAR with an awesome CIRCUIT WORKOUT from the New Years Shred that everyone is kicking butt in (if you missed sign ups don’t worry I will have something in February).
