HAPPY HUMP DAY!!! I could not be more happy that this week is almost over, because that means BIRTHDAY weekend GET-AWAY here we come! We are headed to Temecula to stay at the most beautiful B&B with some friends, it will be EPIC! We leave tomorrow, YAY!!

I am still heartbroken over the events that took place on Monday and have been wearing all my Boston gear in support of all those who were effected by the tragedy. Praying , Praying, Praying. I love the runner community and how so many prayers and thoughts have gone out to Boston. What a blessing to see all the unity!
Amy and I went out to dinner last night after the gym and we enjoyed some snow pea shrimp with brown rice. Loved every bite! I am seriously a burning machine right now, can’t get enough food!
She was so sweet and gave me my birthday present early!!! I was so EXCITED!!! She got me a Fitbit!! I have been wanting one of these. I am hoping this will motivate me to move more at work, instead of sitting at the desk all day Full review to come soon! Have you tried the Fitbit?
This morning I hit the pavement at 4:45am to tackle a killer speed workout! MAN, WHO AM I? It’s amazing how dedicated I can become once I sign up for a marathon!
I am pretty sure I ate about 6 meals today and the best one was this amazing combo: Ezekial toast, avocado, tomato, egg and pepper. Full of all the good macro nutrients, protein, carbs, and healthy fats!
I finished the night off with an awesome kickboxing class! LOVE TEACHING, but man is it a LONG day when you wake up at 4am…6 more weeks of training, then all goes back to normal (well whatever normal is??!!).
