Monday Motivation: Inspiration

This week is going to be filled with free lunches and free dinners 🙂 We have orientation week for all of the summer staff and the year long staff are invited to partake in meals and all other kinds of FUN! Needless to say, I won’t be posting at lunch all this week, but I am excited about saving MONEY 🙂 I am sure I will be eating a lot of salads.

MONDAY MOTIVATION: The Power of Inspiration

Last night I received this email from a reader and it really hit me hard.

Hi Bobbi! Your pile on the miles challenge this past November inspired me to get running.  Before that challenge I had never run more than 3 miles.  Now about 6 month later I just completed my first half marathon!  You are an amazingly strong woman.  I’m so glad you share so much of your life on your blog because it really makes me want to push myself be a stronger and healthier woman. 

 

I am so glad that this little blog of mine is actually helping others be inspired to RUN HALF MARATHONS!!! Sometimes I wonder if NHS is reaching out to others and when I get emails like that, I know that it is more powerful then I know.

It’s amazing how even the small things we do in life can really impact those around us. We might be inspiring someone today and we may never know it.
