New Year’s Shred Round 2

New Years Shred 2016

We are currently in Week 3 of the New Year’s Shred and everyone is doing incredible!!!

A lot of people jumped in with me to do the GPP RESET and are dropping inches! Did you miss the chance to get in? Were you just on the fence? Guess what?!!! I am going to offer the New Year’s Shred for a Round 2 for the month in February!

A few non scale and scale victories from January’s Shred:

“I am feeling thin and healthy. Stronger”

“I am down another 2lbs. this week. My ‪#‎NSV‬ this week is that I’ve done all of the workouts plus some running to bring my activity for each day to 60 minutes. I’ve been tempted a few times but I’m sticking to clean eats and feeling great?

“I did yesterday’s workout with my sister-in-law (who’s 25, has no kids and is super fit)…I totally kept up with her on the workout!! I can feel myself getting stronger!! Can I get a whoop whoop?!??”

“Today I was down another 2.4 pounds with makes 4 1/2 total. I am pleased, yet wished I had done better with my workouts this week. Next week I plan to stick to clean eating and complete ALL of Bobbi’s workouts for week 3. My ‪#‎NSV‬ is that I have been drinking more water than I ever have in my life and I resisted all kinds of temptations this week pretty much with ease! When there are five teenagers around the house, there are A LOT of frozen pizzas and bags of chips – yuck!  {didn’t touch ’em}”

“this week is that I feel amazing! I’ve been getting all my workouts in and eating healthy. I have been also adding bike riding to the mix and I can feel my body getting strong! I am still overweight but I feel more in shape than I have in a long time. I’m very excited about this lifestyle change!”

“was that I was brushing my teeth this morning and I looked in the mirror and noticed definition in the back of my arm. I was absolutely shocked… Those burpees are paying off”
