{nHerShoes} September Cize 30 Day Challenge

Happy Wednesday Friends!

Today, I am so thrilled to announce something that I will be putting on in September and I want all of you to be a part of!

With Fall being just around the corner, that means we will all be getting back to a new routine or maybe we just need to mix things up a bit post summer. Well, since I just recently got certified in Zumba, I have now found a new love of DANCING! I mean, I have always loved to dance, but now I love it for the great workout it is and how it just makes me so HAPPY.

Well guess what? Shaun T, creator of Insanity and T-25, has come out with a new workout program called Cize! It’s seriously so fun and doesn’t feel like your typical exercising at all, but man do you SWEAT. The program features six dance routines that are completely broken down for you. There’s also a meal plan that goes along with it.

When I heard about Cize and saw the program, I just had to get it and I wanted to invite you all to join me for the month of September to sweat it up a bit in a fun new way!

I mean, I love the nHerShoes Shred programs, but thought mixing it up and adding something new to our routines could be the best things for our minds, bodies and souls! The best best part is, ANYONE can do it and you can do it from your living room!

For this nHerShoes September Cize 30 Day Challenge we will be doing the CIZE program plus some awesome CHALLENGE ideas from me!

1) You workout 35-45 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week for 30 days. You can also incorporate the Cize program with whatever workout program you have going on right now!

2) You will make Healthy Food Choices with the food guidelines that Cize and I will help you with.

3) You will have access to my nHerShoes September Cize 30 Day Challenge Facebook group. This is where the magic happens. We share, hold each other accountable, check-in daily and learn from each other. If you have ever done one of my Shreds, you know how AWESOME this group is! In our last group we shared recipes, support, failures, successes and so much more.

We are here to lift each other up for the duration of the challenge. We also take before & after pictures and measurements. I want you to physically see the results that you have gained during the challenge as well as NON SCALE VICTORIES.

FIRST: You will need to choice your package for this challenge:

  • You can get the Cize DVD Package ($59.85), or;
  • You can get the Cize DVD and Shakeology for 30 Days Package ($140.00) which is what I am doing.

SECOND: Here are other important things you will need:

  • A Facebook account is highly recommended so you can access the private group, but it is not mandatory as everything will be posted & email weekly.
  • The Cize program
  • Determination
  • Dedication
  • A good attitude and mindset
  • THE WILL TO CHANGE, CUT BACK or SIMPLY MAINTAIN!
