Friday TUESDAY! I have tomorrow off so I am doing the Friday dance 🙂
Last night I picked up this Almond Butter with Roasted Flax Seed at TJ’s. It sounded amazing!! I have heard great things about it, so I thought it was about time I tried it for myself.
In honor of our baseball game we will be going to tonight, I ate out of the baseball bowl.
This is not just a mess in a bowl, it is sooooo much more.
Last nights mixture:
- 3/4 cup raw oats
- 1/2 cup Light Coconut Milk (this made the texture perfect)
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of flax seed
- 1/4 cup of frozen berries
This mornings add ins:
- chopped walnuts
- spoonful of TJ’s AB
- handful of Nature’s Path Pumpkin Flax Granola
I was sad I didn’t get my P90X in this morning, because I know I won’t have time tonight to do it. But when I woke up to get to it, I could tell my muscles were still recovering from KB last night. I did get in some good stretching 🙂
