Happy Happy Hump Day 🙂 !

This morning all plans on going to Power Hour at the Yoga Studio went out the window when I woke up 3 times in the middle of the night. Thank goodness there is an evening class 🙂

Breakfast

I have been meaning to try another Smoothie In a Bowl for a long time now. My first one turned out ok, but I knew I could do better!

In the Vita-Mix

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 scoop Vega Vanilla Almond protein powder
  • 1 cup of ice

Toppings

  • Kashi Go Lean Crunch
  • handful of sliced almonds
  • unsweetened coconut flakes

After I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify
me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment
is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment.
Is there an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
