I have a love hate relationship with swimming kind of like my love hate relationship with my foam roller that I so need to be using!!! I love it when I am finished, but it’s hard to jump in!

This morning I woke up early and got in a really great SWIM workout. I am starting to feel a lot more confident in the water, but it is still kicking my butt. I am happy to report that I finally got in my new swim workout book!!!

The best thing about this book is that it’s waterproof and you can stand it up at the end of the pool so that it is easy to read while you are swimming.

Today I did some of this Endurance 2 workout. I did the main set A, it was killer!!!

Took me about 40 minutes.

Warm Up: 6×75’s (20 second rest in between)

Main Set:

2×200’s (20 second rest)

1×100 (20 second rest)

2×300’s (20 second rest)

1×100

2×400’s (20 second rest)

Cool Down: 2×75’s

Total Yds: 2,600!!! WOW that’s a lot!

For breakfast I had a LARGE protein smoothie with cherries, bananas, protein powder and almond milk!

and devoured this beast of a salmon salad for lunch!!

Off to some kettlebells and teach kickboxing!!!

Man I miss the KB gym!
