Wednesday Workout Tip: The Cool Down

Today’s KB class was as always a killer work out (as always)! You can’t really see it in these pics, but in my after pic I was drenched!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT TIP: THE COOL DOWN

I can not express to you all how important it is to stretch after every run! I know I know we get done and just forget about, well we can’t!! Are bodies sure don’t!! Your cool down stretching is just important as the workout itself. Especially after a hardcore track workout out you have to make sure you either jog it out for 5-10 minutes or walk it out. Then make sure you stretch. Whatever you do, don’t just sit! Below are a few stretches I like to do after every run, I don’t know what all the fancy names are for them. But I do know they work.
