You all have asked about Boscos breed and I know I have said it on here a few times, but I thought I would do an official post about our favorite pal
We adopted Bosco over 3 years ago and he has been the BEST dog we could have ever asked for. We got him right after we got married, kind of as a practice into parenthood We got him from a local pound and they weren’t sure what breed he was exactly. They told us he was 1/2 Dachshund and 1/2 Terrier. Poor thing was dropped in someone’s backyard.
All we knew is that he was the cutest dog we had ever laid eyes on
I can’t believe how small and adorable he was.
He always loved to sleep in the most awkward positions
So why the name Bosco? Because Bosco’s the Restaurant is where Hubby and I had our very first date in Memphis. Hubby was able to stay home with him for the first year, because he worked from home. So he trained Bosco like a pro! Bosco is seriously part human
He is 21 years (dog years) old and he’s still the next best thing since sliced bread.
Hope that answers all of your questions, if not send them my way.
WORKOUT
Jackie and I went on a really hilly 4 mile run tonight and I figured out that my running caprice I got at Marshalls are not good for running!!! I loved them for yoga and KB, but while we were running I had to keep pulling them up the whole time!

DINNER
I was supposed to take soup to our Thursday Night Group, but last minute group was canceled So what was I to do with a huge pot of Chicken Tortilla Soup???
Doesn’t it look amazing! This is one of the best and easiest crock pot recipes (http://www.bobbimccormick.com/?p=14623) out there.
I called and invited my running buddy Susie and kids to partake in the goodness They loved it too!
I also enjoyed a few of these chips on the side.
Now it’s time to get baking. Friday Fit Baking tomorrow it’s a going to be a good one :)
Enjoy your evening friends
