The reason I ask is that I used Nike+ when I first started running, I used it for a year and LOVED it. Now I use a garmin, and I love that it&#039;s more accurate, but I miss the nice and basic Nike+ website (especially for PR&#039;s and goals)...]]></description>

I hope this doesn&#039;t come off wrong, but I have read  a lot of sources and also inquired with our ped. about using the BOB while running with baby.  My daughter is 5 1/2 months old with complete control of her head and was told to wait until at least 6 months before using the BOB so that they have more head and neck strength.  I am in a colder climate than you, so I will wait a lot longer (until its warm enough for her to be out there for long distances).

I feel as though my daughter would take to it easily and is ready for it now but I am just so worried about making her sore.  Any advice?]]></description>

I am going to go with a similar run less plan as I have achilles tendonitis that is sure to be more aggravated after Houston.  More biking and swimming, 3 days running.  Hope to get some bridgework in as I live on the Gulf Coast - no hills.  The tendonitis has prevented me from my bridge work leading to Houston - and it&#039;s one of my favorite parts of Marathon training as it is by the beach over the intercoastal canal - always a beautiful time!
