I love the NTC app (which I think you already use, according to IG) and I also love &quot;Seconds&quot; (free) which has  Tabata, HIIT, and Circuit Training timers on there!  For nutrition, I like MyNetDiary (free is good and so is the paid one!) and Fooducate. :)
