After reading your blog yesterday, I went to the grocery store and bought the Wild Berry FRS drink on my lunch break and tried it in the afternoon. I&#039;m doing the Shred right now as well as training for a half marathon (next Sunday!!!). I had 7 miles of speed work on my schedule after an 8 hour work day, and this drink definitely helped me push through. Plus it was super tasty and I love that it&#039;s not carbonated (carbonated drinks tend to upset my stomach). I went out and bought some more of the drinks and can&#039;t wait to try the soft chews on my long run tomorrow morning - hoping they will be better than the gels, which I have a hard time forcing town mid race.  Any-who, sorry for the long comment! Just wanted to say how much I LOVE the FRS drinks!]]></description>
