I know you did a GPP vs. CrossFit video, but I still have some questions and couldn&#039;t find the answers anywhere.  Is there an app to easily get the workouts each day or do you have to go online to their website?  Is there a guide to how to do each exercise if I&#039;ve never heard of it?
