I am someone who strives to live a healthy lifestyle and love to share and help others do the same.  I&#039;ve always dreamed of of doing something like this but have never really known how.  I&#039;m so excited that you are doing this!  I pray that this is an incredible life changing journey for so many.  

I have a quick question.  Will the workouts be video or a write up of the workout itself?  I have a couple friends who I think would really benefit from this (including myself).
