I am back!!! What an amazing adventure 🙂

This morning I met up with a big group of friends from the KB gym. My boss was so great to pick up all of our bags and bib numbers for us. They actually had a great swag bags.

I carpooled with two other lovely instructors. We were ready to play in the mud!

First I had to pick up a Tall Soy Dolce Misto from Sbux.

This was the muddiest mud run I HAVE ever done!!! There were so many mud pits and a ton of great obstacles. We had to crawl several times on the ground under ropes. There were even a lot of mud pits that almost made me lose my shoes a couple times!

We did more walking then running, because there were so many people and everyone was at a different level. I was proud of everyone for taking on the challenge. It was not easy but still a lot of laughter went on!

As you can see there wasn’t an ounce of white by the end!

Such a fun group to do this with. We all pushed each other physically and literally!

There were also a TON of hills! I took my time, I didn’t want to get injured with only two more weeks until my marathon.

I loved that we all stayed together! Such a great team 🙂

Oh it was an adventure trying to clean up and get home. Even though it was only 3 miles my body felt like it was 10! I couldn’t wait to get home and eat 🙂

I was coming up with a delicious lunch as I was driving home, tuna was a must! I mixed one can of light tuna, Dijon mustard, chopped carrots (for crunch) and some Greek Yogurt all in a bowl.
