Well they have challenged me to <b>try one of my friend&#8217;s favorite workouts </b>or bring them along to mine! Well, what the heck, why not both?! I have a lot of friends that I would love to invite over to put them through one of my crazy workouts and I guess I could try a friend&#8217;s workout.</p>

<p>So I have a <a title="Yucaipa CrossFit" href="http://www.yucaipacrossfit.com/coaches/amy-neal/" target="_blank">friend</a> who owns a CrossFit gym here in town and she been asking me to come check it out. (Yep, it&#8217;s true. I have never been to a CrossFit BOX). I have done some crossfit workouts, but just havenâ€<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />t stepped into a gym. What a great chance to finally do it!!! I love trying out new workouts with friends and having fun doing it!
