You might have seen my tweet from this evening as I was tackling my Track workout.
I want to get a shirt that says, “Speed is My Middle Name†😉
Tonight’s workout:
Translation: I has to do 6 laps around the track at 1:39, which is a 6:36 average mile pace. In between each lap I took a jog rest of 1:30. After the first 6 I jogged for 2:30 and then did it all over again!!!!

I almost didn’t do the second set, because I forgot my music and proper running shorts so I was struggling just to get through the first set. But then I thought to myself, “You don’t need MUSIC or the RIGHT shorts to run, YOU ARE WOMENâ€. Not having my music caused me to coach myself the whole time 🙂
I did have this beautiful view to look at!
These $55 running shoes are doing me so well!
Tonight I made a wonderful dinner! I can’t wait to show you all tomorrow 🙂
Time to watch some NCIS with the boys.
