					<description><![CDATA[High = visiting family &#038; friends in the cities. After feeling like I had been in funk I couldn&#039;t shake, a weekend away from home definitely helped. With my cousin + &#039;niece&#039;, we shopped, went to a barre class, had a happy hour dinner, and a night with Netflix and fruit tart from Whole Foods. Plus, I was able to have a four-hour &quot;date&quot; with a blend and spent Sunday afternoon seeing my sister and niece! 
Low = coming home, and feeling sickish on Sunday.]]></description>
