Hey friends!! Happy Saturday 🙂

Sorry I have been MIA for the past couple days. I took another work trip to a camp called Hume Lake up north near Fresno.

It was a seven hour road trip with these wonderful people!!

OK, I promise we ate more than just homemade ice-cream sandwiches 😉 Every night we stayed up late plying Phase-10, Farkle, and Taboo! I have to say Taboo was the best!!

We only have one guy in our office and he did a great job at surviving with all is girls 🙂 We are pretty amazing ladies!

I did manage to get in some awesome Insanity workouts and a run!!! I think that’s what I am loving about Insanity, I can take it anywhere!!! With the busy month I have had this has been perfect.

It was a wonderful trip and as soon as we got back, I got back in the car with Hubby to go to a Clippers game with work 🙂

I had never been to the Staples Center and it was amazing!!!! I am not a huge basketball fan, but I love live sporting events.

I was glad to get back on Thursday to eat clean foods and get back to my regular routine. It’s always fun to travel, but I always miss my bed and Hubby!!

I am sorry for not posting too many recipes or workouts, I promise next week is going to be full of good stuff!! I even have two giveaways for you all and an update on LiveFit trainer + Insanity!!

Oh and one more thing, the folks in my March Beachbody challenge are killing it!! Over 20 pounds lost and 15 inches!!! It’s all about accountability and determination 🙂 My April Beachbody Challenge starts in a week!

I am off to an insane 90 minute kickboxing class!!! Then off to Arizona to visit family and spring training 🙂

It’s all about going with the flow!
