Hi, Bobbi. I want to start doing GPP workouts but I’m not quite sure I understand it. I know you did a GPP vs. CrossFit video, but I still have some questions and couldn’t find the answers anywhere. Is there an app to easily get the workouts each day or do you have to go online to their website? Is there a guide to how to do each exercise if I’ve never heard of it? Does it have to be done in a gym (with equipment)? Thanks!
