Morning FRIENDS!! Iâ€™ve been up since 6:00am shredding and hitting the foam roller. I woke up at 6:00 refreshed and pumped, I have a feeling itâ€™s going to be a great day!
I got all caught up on TBL, man the transformation is unreal!!!
After a nice shower I debated what to have for breakfast, I went with a warm bowl of oats + another cup of French Press Coffee.
- 1/3 cup oats, alond milk, water, pinch salt, half overripe banana
- cinnamon+ vanilla
- Spoonful of All Natural Apple Butter
- 2 tbsp Zoeâ€™s Granola
- 1 tbsp almonds
- Spoonful of Naturally More Pb
The Lovely Dust Bunny (AKA Christina) gave my a pound of Dunkin Donuts Hazelnut Coffee for my birthday while I was in Boston. Now I understand the Dunkin Donut Coffee phenomenon. While in NYC I stopped in one and got an unsweetened iced coffee, it was pretty good, more then I expected.
I was so excited when this FREE copy of Clean Eating popped up in my mail box yesterday!!! This will be a great lunch time read.
I am trying to get ready for The Simple Life Challenge, I need to make sure my bike tires are full of air, check out the bus schedule again, buy a new bike helmet, and check out tips on how I can make simple changes in my life to get frugal!!! We have over 40 people signed up, and other Canadian readers out there that would be willing to join?
Itâ€™s almost the weekend, we have such a nice weekend planned and with the beautiful weather we have been having, I am hoping to get out and ride my bike, maybe even go for another long run!
