Look Who’s Back

It’s kind of great that I am off for the next two days! What a great Holiday

So I could sleep in this morning, I stayed up late last night to clean up the house. So when I woke up (at 8ish) the CLEAN kitchen was calling my name for my first breakfast HOME! It’s great to be back to my normal eats!

I AM HAPPY THAT I ENJOYED ALL THE GOODIES AT CHRISTMAS!!! NO GUILT HERE

I received these AMAZINGLY delicious homemade Espresso Maple Salted Pecans from sweet miss Lauren for Christmas! Thank you LAUREN!

I couldn’t wait to put them in my oats this morning

I made a bowl of pumpkin oats with cranberries, chopped espresso salted pecans, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of agave nectar.

There may not be snow in my front yard, but there sure is snow in our backyard!

Oh how I have missed this sweet sweet face

We got him back from my friends house last night and I couldn’t stop hugging him!!

Today I plan no getting back on track. Our fridge is EMPTY!!! I was going to take all of our Christmas decorations down, and box up all the gift wrapping.

But first I am going to spend some of those gift cards I got and hit up the mall!!! Wish me luck
