Hey Friends! Today I’m announcing the nHerShoes New Year’s Shred 2016! New Year = Re-New You!
This Shred is going to be a different than the Holiday Shred in that the goal is to drop a few pounds (some have dropped up to 12 pounds in previous years) and the Meal Plans are a lot more strict, but still a healthy balance. During this Shred, we will be focusing on “restarting” and really cleaning out the processed foods out of our diets. It isn’t a detox or some crazy low-calorie diet, just more simple and clean. The workouts will be a little longer, but you can do them from home and incorporate running if you are a runner.
This Shred is for anyone and everyone no matter where you live. I have coached over 1,500 clients to be in the best optimal health of their lives and it is these successes that keep me wanting to coach!
I also wanted you guys to know that the New Year’s Shred 2016 will only be $35 this year! I have been so blessed by the testimonies from you all of how these Shreds have helped change your mindset of working out, eating, food prep, etc. that I want to keep these Shreds affordable and get more people involved in the Accountability Community.

Each week I will be posting and emailing everyone a document of five workouts so you can plan your week accordingly. There are VIDEO links to each of the workout moves so donâ€™t worry if you are not sure how to do a move. The workouts are intense, but there are always modifications.
You will receive a list of breakfast ideas, lunch ideas, snacks and 4 weeks worth of dinner ideas. I will be encouraging you to sit down every Sunday and Meal Plan using all of the wonderful suggested meals! My hope is that these ideas will help youÂ toÂ EAT CLEANÂ without feeling restricted as well as making your life a whole lot easier to start off the new year.Â Last, I am also encouraging everyone to kick sugar (natural sugar is OK) for the entire New Year’s Shred.
These Meal Plans can be utilized by those with allergies and/or intolerances and is great for people who are: Celiac, Pescatarians, Dairy Free and basically anyone who consumes food. If you wish not to follow these meals, the food choices are completely up to you, however, I would recommend for you to choose foods on the Clean Food List and the required amounts as listed on the plan. This allows you to eat clean at each meal while making it specific to your lifestyle.
I have created a secret Facebook group for everyone in this Shred to be on so that we can all encourage each other and share some motivation. If you donâ€™t have a Facebook, no worriesâ€¦ I will be emailing the plans every week as well.
- A Facebook account is highly recommended so you can access the private NHS New Year’s Shred Group, but it is not mandatory as everything will be posted & email weekly.
- Dumbbells or Kettlebells (Ranging from 8-15lbs)
- Stability Ball
- Box Jump or Step (or a place in the house that you can use as a Step-Up)
- Jump Rope
- Timer (Tabata Timer is a plus)
- Occasional Access to an Open Space or Track
- A good attitude and mindset
