Woke up again this morning at 5am, not on my own barely heard the alarm go off! Whent to an hour spin class, and I actually loved the hour. My legs felt like jello when I got off, that means I worked hard. I need to wear my heart monitor so I can make sure that I am pushing it!

I decided to make cranberry sauce for the BSI ingredient for Fitnessista. It was real simple now I just need to come up with a recipe.

Made some Banana Oats this morning packed with lots of protein after my ride. I have also been a little too hungry an hour later after bfast so I had a slice of Oroweat Bread cut in two four bite size squares with honey, so much more fun to eat it this way.

Banana Oats
1/2 c oats
1/2 c water
1/2 c vanilla hempmilk
dash of cinnamon
1/4 c Kashi Flax and Almonds
1 scoop banana protein
2 chopped dates
1/2 banana
1 spoonful of Pb melted

Now off to enjoy the last day of the week, and the first day of the weekend!
