I have had so much fun and heard of so many amazing transformations with theÂ SUMMER SHRED programs that I just couldn’t leave anyone out. I wanted to offer a SUMMER SHRED 2013 – FALL EDITION for anyone that might have missed out on the Summer Shred programs.
If you participated in the Summer Shred programs – this will be the same program, but don’t worry… I will have a whole new SHRED in NOVEMBER for everyone!Â If you have friends that were interested and didn’t get in, now is the time to tell them to JUMP on board! This is the last SUMMER SHRED of 2013!Â
The Summer Shred 2013 – Fall EditionÂ is for anyone and everyone no matter where you live. I have coached over 1,000 clients to be in the best optimal health of their lives. I love helping people find balance in all aspects of life, not just fitness. The workouts are 20 minutes to 45 minutes long and can be done from home or at a gym. WHAT TO EXPECT:
EachÂ weekÂ I will be posting and emailing everyone a document of five workouts so you can plan your week accordingly. All you will need for these workouts are 5-8lb free weights (you can go heavier if you need to), a yoga mat, space to move about and a jump rope (optional). There are VIDEO links to each of the workout moves so don’t worry if you are not sure how to do everything, The workouts are intense, but there are always modifications. They are always different so you will never get bored!Â I will also be including aÂ running planÂ in the workout schedule to do twice a week for those of you who would like to add some running to the mix!
I am encouraging you to have one cheat day a week (your choice) that you can enjoy sweets or an adult beverage (all in moderation, of course). That means six days to eat as clean and as balanced as possible incorporating protein, complex carb and fat. I will also be sending you a meal plan to stick to each week on Saturday mornings, as well as a shopping list!Â This will include someÂ vegetarian optionsÂ as well! Obviously everyoneâ€™s needs are different, so I will be encouraging everyone to get onto MY FITNESS PAL and log their daily eats to meet their daily recommended number of calories to help them with their goals.
I have created a secret Facebook group for everyone in this Shred to be on so that we can all encourage each other and share some motivation. If you donâ€™t have a Facebook, no worries… I will be emailing the plans every week as well.
The best part is, I will be at your service through the whole Shred. If you need some advice about food, a workout move or anything elseâ€¦ I am here for you! You can e-mail me whenever you want and I will get back with you within 24 hours!
The cost is only $35! (Registration from AUGUST 19 â€“ AUGUST 29th)Â That’s less than a $1 a workout! I couldn’t think of a better way to stay in shape for that special event or just to kick-start your own fitness journey.
