It’s been a crazy week getting back to reality and now I am off again!!! I am headed to our other campsite this weekend to work out in Ojai (Ventura) CA. I leave you today with 5 things that I am loving right now.

1. This RUN shirt I got from my friend Heather.

2. Insanity: On to the next 30 days, which are all extreme!!! It’s a bit longer and more challenging. Shawn T is a beast! I have never felt so strong and so powerful in my life. I can’t wait to see what the next 4 weeks brings!

3. HUGE salads: I have been making huge salad beasts ever night for dinner. We had a ton of chicken left over from my party and I have been using it in salads and soups all week.

4. My new locket. I have always wanted a locket (still need to put in pictures) I have been wearing it everyday!

5. My Beachbody Challenge groups!!! This will be my 3rd one so far and I can not wait. I forgot to post it on the blog, but it’s not too late to sign up. These challenge groups have been so successful and now I have even bumped it up a notch. If you join it will be for 60 days of workouts, clean eating, accountability, and coaching from ME!!!
