Greatest fitness fear is actually pull ups. I suck at them so bad! I need to practice! Thanks for the post

Great 30 day workout challenge I love it. Pull have always been a challenge. After this challenge anyone will be pulling themselves up like with ease.

this is PERFECT. I have been working towards 2 real pull-ups for months. I always start my challenge and then get so frustrated mid way through, that i slack off. I know of Tribe Sports, so it’s cool to see they have this challenge. You can count me in on joining you in this challenge!

My advice is that once you get the pullup down, you need to consistently do a few each week or else you’ll lose them! I once worked my way up to 10 but now I’m back down to 6 because I stopped doing them during my second pregnancy and haven’t done them very often since having him.

Good advice! I’ve worked my way up to a single pull-up — took a couple of months — and now I’m trying to do two in a row. Definitely don’t want to lose it/them. I’ll have to invest in one of those doorway pull-up bars, I think, so that I always have easy access to a bar.

I really need to work on my pull ups! Maybe I will have to join in on this challenge as well 🙂

31 Day pull up challenge sounds very interesting. I’m going to think on it! I tried Propel during UCA College Cheerleading Nationals and loved it. Can’t wait to see if you like it.
