#1. Make sure to get in fuel at least 30 minutes before the race. For me that means a peanut butter, banana and honey something.
#2. Lay out all your race gear the night before, so you are ready to go in the morning!
#3. Do not be intimidating by the folks at the start line! It’s your race!
#4. Race with friends it’s just so much more fun!
#5. Cheer on the runners as you race. It’s always encouraging to hear a "Good Job!" or "Way to Go!", even if it’s from a stranger.
#6. Enjoy the scenery throughout the race. Never forget the beauty that we all run in!
#7. Finish strong!!!! Make ever step count. It’s always worth it in the end.
#8. Post race breakfast is the best part of the race 😉
#9. The gallon of yogurt a couple hours later is even more worth it!
#10. No matter how the race went you still DID it, and for that you should be proud!
HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY GET OUT THERE AND RUN THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
