Evening darlings! I can’t seem to get out of vacation mode!! But this workout kicked my behind and I know it will kick yours too.

10 pushups
50 sumo squats
40 bridges with bench press
10 pushups
50 squats with alternating front kicks
50 side lunges with knee lift (25 each side)
10 walking pushups
50 side plank hip lifts (25 each side)
50 side crunches (25 each side)
10 pushups
50 jump squats
50 crunches
50 jumping jacks
20 lower leg lifts
50 second jump ropes
50 second plank hold
10 pushups
REPEAT!
