Time: 20 minutes
Equipment: timer, mat

5 minute jog and then….

5 minutes of:
Hover Squat Jump
Side Kick (right then left)
Power-Up Burpee

5 minutes of:
Pike Push-Up
Sumo Squat Jump
Side Knee Lift (right then left)

5 minutes of:
4 Burpess
4 Bicycle Crunch
4 lower leg lifts

Such a killer workout!!!
