5 minutes of:
Hover Squat Jump
Side Kick (right then left)
Power-Up Burpee
5 minutes of:
Pike Push-Up
Sumo Squat Jump
Side Knee Lift (right then left)
5 minutes of:
4 Burpess
4 Bicycle Crunch
4 lower leg lifts
Such a killer workout!!!

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I
find this matter to be really something which I think I would never understand.
It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I’m
