I have an awesome set workout for all of you today!
What you will need: 5-10lb Free weights and open space 🙂
Time: 20 minutes
Workout:
30 Full military sit ups
40 Mountain climbers
40 Toe touch crunches
50 Squats
50 Jumping Jacks
40 Hip lifts
20 Push-ups
20 Squat thrusts
10 Man makers
