A Green Monster "Bar"

Is anyone else excited about the weekend 🙂 ?

This mornings bootcamp ROCKED! We worked really hard, I think that is the most I have ever sweated while teaching. I also set up a Green Monster Bar.

I threw in all the basic ingredients; soy milk, spinach, a banana, PB, flax seed, and blueberries.


Well time to go eat lunch. I am excited for this evening, because I am meeting an old dear friend for coffee and I haven’t seen her in almost two years!!

  • Clean House
  • Get final details together for WWRT!!!

  • Teach Kickboxing
