I am glad you all enjoyed my one word for the year and I loved reading your goals and plans for 2014. I am making small goals here and there for the year, like continuing to blog about things I am passionate about, food, fitness, family and faith. I am not gonna lie, finding the time to blog these days is not easy..but I LOVE it and I will carve out a little time during the week to do so, because I want to encourage you all with fun new workouts, recipes, funny stories about my hubby and cute little pics here and there of our sweet daughter. Our lives arenâ€™t perfect by no means, but this blog is a place where I get to have a little voice on the world wide web and laugh and cry with you all, because I can.
I am still working on my 2013 recap (itâ€™s gonna be a long one) so for now I thought I would kick off the NEW YEAR with an awesome CIRCUIT WORKOUT from the New Years Shred that everyone is kicking butt in (if you missed sign ups donâ€™t worry I will have something in February).
