I can’t believe Hubby and I don’t have any plans for tonight! I know you are all shocked 😉 As soon as I got off of work I did the happy dance and ran home to cook us a fun dinner!

A healthier chicken parm. One Egg+2 egg whites+WW Flour+Panko Crumbs

First dip the chicken in the egg mixture then into the flour and then into the panko crumbs.

I have an 18 mile run in the morning so we are just laying low tonight and watching some stupid movie, “My Super EX-Girlfriend”. Nothing is on!!!
