I must have been tired last night, because I set my alarm for 5:45PM!!!! Needless to say I didn’t wake up until 6:30, oh well I will not let it wreck my day 🙂

When I checked my email this morning I received this wonderful comment in my inbox….

“no questions…just some much-deserved encouragement for you! Your balanced, healthy approach to living is such an awesome example to all.  you are also so dedicated to your family, work, and fitness.  it’s so cool to see how those investments produce ‘good fruit’ in your life.  as a college student, I’m still trying to find balance and accountability for staying fit and eating well after I’ve been so used to running cross country in high school.  it’s amazing to see how fast you run in races–as a product of your own workouts and determination.  sometimes it is so easy to have excuses without a team and coach to push you…
anyways, keep up the good work!
14"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."  Matthew 5
